Order Processing
All orders are processed within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During seasonal promotions and peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Packaging & Product Protection
Our collection includes houseplants, artificial plants, orchids, flowering plants, outdoor plants, planters, and plant care products.
To help ensure products arrive in excellent condition, all orders are carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. Plants, bulbs, delicate blooms, and decorative planters receive additional protective packaging when necessary to minimize movement and reduce the risk of transit damage.
